English Wages

This is to inform you regarding increment in our member's Wages Conveyance and Allowance etc., for film produced in English or any other Foreign Languages by Indian Producers and or collaboration with the Foreign Production / Producer / Financer etc. W.E.F. 21st April 2016 will be as below.

Shift Timings for Indoor Shooting : Extension after this will be charged as 1/2 shifts or as case may be.

Shift Timings for Outdoor Shooting : Extension after this will be charged as 1/2 shifts or as case may be.

Notes :

• It is mandatory for Stunt director to employ minimum 2 Stunt Assistants.
• 1 shift of indoor will be treated as 1 1/2 shift for the outdoor (i.e. beyond Mumbai limits)
• It is mandatory to pay the conveyances /allowances etc, on the day of shooting in cash (on TDS shall be deducted on conveyance)
• It is mandatory to pay the wages on the same day of shooting in cash/pay order/DD/NEFT/RTGS.
• It is mandatory to have a lunch break of 1 hour and dinner break/evening snack-break shall be of 1/2hour, failing which will be charged as ¼ shifts for utilizing the break period.
• Working in colors/rains/river or any kind of water work/mud action or Holi scene will be charged as a 1/2 shift extra.
• Any stunt which involves risk factors for some examples, as jump/fall from height, body fire shot Glass breaking shot, any vehicle stunt or falling/ jumping from running vehicle any bike jumping/ falling, skirting, any car stunts and or any stunt which involves the life and limb risk factors etc, shall be charged as per risk involved in the shot the same will be decided by the stunt director.
• While traveling for outdoor if traveling starts in day time it will be charged as 1 1/2shift and if the traveling starts in night time then it will be charged as 1 shift. Thereafter, every next day traveling will be charged as 1 ½ shift daily.
• It is mandatory for all stunt directors / assistants to inform association about particulars of indoor / outdoor shooting such as list of member (s) and location & shift timings at least a day before indoor shooting such or on the day of shooting but not later than 12.00PM of such day. In case of outdoor shoot, it is mandatory to deposit the advances against wages/ payment in the office.
• If any special work, which requires to be performed by a male non-member, the stunt director must verify the skill / capability to perform the stunt of such person and then obtain permission from the office bearers of the association for making him work as temporary member for that particular work / day (s) before employing him as stunt person.
• In case of any accident happens during performing stunts and or working for any films, TV serial, shows, events etc. it is compulsory for producer/production to pay 15 shifts payment per month against recovery for job –loss till he/she restart work again.
• It is mandatory to seek permission with due procedure for appointment of any foreigner stunt director and his team. It is also mandate to get honorary membership for him/her from the association.
• Shooting at foreign locations (out of India), the allowances shall be paid in dollars of equivalent to INR mentioned above.
• Besides above any quarries shall be given in writing to the association for clarification.
